Six Month Limited Warranty – Major Components
For six months from the date of purchase, when major components of Fly Jumper jumping stilts (“Fly Jumpers”) are operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Fly Jumper Canada Limited will, at its sole option, replace or pay for manufacturer-specified parts and repair labour to correct defects in materials or workmanship. "Major Components” means main structural parts, and excludes: springs, spring covers, bushings, binding straps, binding ratchets, rubber feet and hardware. Service must be provided by Fly Jumper Canada Limited or at a repair centre authorized by Fly Jumper Canada Limited to conduct warranty repairs.
Three Month Limited Warranty – Springs
For three months from the date of purchase, when Fly Jumper springs are operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Fly Jumper Canada Limited will, at its sole option, replace or pay for manufacturer-specified parts and repair labour to correct defects in materials or workmanship. Service must be provided by Fly Jumper Canada Limited or at a repair centre authorized by Fly Jumper Canada Limited to conduct warranty repairs.
Exclusions
This Fly Jumper Limited Warranty excludes:
1. products not purchased from Fly Jumper Canada Limited or an authorized retailer, representative, distributor or service center;
2. parts subject to ordinary wear and tear, including:
a. spring covers;
b. bushings;
c. binding straps;
d. binding ratchets;
e. rubber feet;
f. hardware;
3. shipping and handling fees, freight charges, duties or tariffs;
4. damage from:
a. used in a capacity other than personal recreational use;
b. improper weight-loading of springs;
c. accident, alteration, modifications, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God,
d. improper assembly, un-authorized repairs
e. rust, or
f. user negligence;
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
This limited warranty is not transferable and is only enforceable by registered owners of Fly Jumper products purchased from a Fly Jumper Canada Limited authorized representative, retailer, distributor or service center. The customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be product repair or replacement as provided herein. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to six months or the shortest period allowed by law. Fly Jumper Canada Limited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration of implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from province to province. Proof of purchase is always required for all warranty claims.
Notice: Any activity or sport performed at height is dangerous and can lead to serious or even fatal injuries. Suitable training is essential before using jumping stilts. Prior to your first use you MUST read and understand the manual provided with every set of jumping stilts in which it illustrates and advises the ways in which jumping stilts function. Learning to use your jumping stilts and any safety measures are the sole responsibility of the user themselves and the user personally assumes all risks and responsibilities for any damages, injuries or death’s taking place following the use or misuse of jumping stilts in whichever way including damages to property and third party claims. Fly Jumper Canada Limited is not liable for any accidents relating to the use of these products.
