One Year Limited Warranty – Major Components

For one year from the date of purchase, when major components of Fly Jumper jumping stilts (“Fly Jumpers”) are operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Fly Jumper Canada Limited will, at its sole option, replace or pay for manufacturer-specified parts and repair labour to correct defects in materials or workmanship.  Major Components” means main structural parts, and excludes: springs, spring covers, protectors, binding straps, binding ratchets, rubber feet and sponges.  Service must be provided at a repair centre authorized by Fly Jumper Canada Limited to conduct warranty repairs. 

Six Month Limited Warranty – Springs

For six months from the date of purchase, when Fly Jumper springs are operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Fly Jumper Canada Limited will, at its sole option, replace or pay for manufacturer-specified parts and repair labour to correct defects in materials or workmanship.  Service must be provided at a repair centre authorized by Fly Jumper Canada Limited to conduct warranty repairs.

Exclusions

The Fly Jumper Limited Warranty excludes:

1. products not purchased from Fly Jumper Canada Limited;
2. parts subject to ordinary wear and tear, including:    
   1. spring covers;
   2. protectors;
   3. binding straps;
   4. binding ratchets;
   5. rubber feet;
   6. sponges;
3. shipping and handling fees, freight charges, duties or tariffs;
4. damage from:
   1. use other than personal recreational use;
   2. improper weight-loading of springs;
   3. accident, alteration, modifications, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God,
   4. improper assembly,
   5. rust, or
   6. user negligence;

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

The customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be product repair or replacement as provided herein.  Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law.  Fly Jumper Canada Limited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.  Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration of implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from province to province.

REGISTRATION

You must register your Fly Jumpers with Fly Jumper Canada Limited within ten (10) days of purchase. 

The Fly Jumper Limited Warranty is not transferable and is only enforceable by the registered owner of the Fly Jumpers.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

All warranty claims must be approved by a representative of Fly Jumper Canada Limited. 

To receive pre-authorization, contact Fly Jumper Canada Limited at CustomerService@FlyJumperStore.ca with the following information:

1.         Name and contact information (including a daytime phone number);

2.         A detailed description of the problem;

3.         A clear photo of the problem;

4.         A legible copy of the original proof of purchase.

Once an assessment has been made, a representative will contact you with further instructions to complete the warranty process.  All warranty decisions are final.
