Free shipping will be sent out via Canada Post Expedited Parcel which has an estimated delivery time of 1-7 business days depending on where you are located in Canada.

All orders are shipped from our Toronto warehouse within 24 hours of payment and you will recieve an email confirmation along with your Canada Post tracking number.

For your convenience, all shipments can be tracked on the Canada Post website at www.CanadaPost.ca 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
