Payment Options:
At FlyJumperStore.ca we accept many different forms of payments from our customers. All orders can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You may also pay by Debit through your PayPal account if you wish o pay by debit. Also, if you choose to pay through your PayPal account you will also be able to use many other souces of payment as PayPal provides the most amount of payment options available online. We also accept checks and money orders, however payment takes approximately 10 business days to clear and just like any other order, nothing will be processed untill all the funds have successfully entered our account.
Shipping and Taxes:
We ship via the Canada Post to any address within Canada. All in-stock orders are shipped out the same day that the order was placed. Transit times are usually 1-7 days depending on where in Canada the item is headed. Prices do not include any taxes. By law we are required to collect tax on all merchandise shipped within Canada. If your shipping address is in Canada then 5% GST is mandatory, and if the shipping address is within Ontario, then 8% PST & 5% GST must be charged.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We endeavor to make every purchase made at www.FlyJumperStore.ca an enjoyable one and we back it by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not 100% completely satisfied with our products or service, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange. However all items must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped and still in the original packaging as all products are specially packaged. If we receive the item back and it has been used or the packaging has been tampered with, the refund will not be granted and we will then ship the item back to you at your cost. If the packaging has not been tampered with, we will refund 100% of your purchase price minus shipping. Shipping to and from FlyJumperStore.ca is the buyers responsibility however, Fly Jumper Canada will also reimburse customers for the cost of the return shipping if damaged products are received or for incorrect shipments on our behalf.
All returns must be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase and please inform us via email if you wish to return your product before you ship. Please be sure to mail your parcel back to us via your Post Office using Regular Parcel Post. We will not refund shipping charges on parcels returned any other way. Please add a short note inside the parcel clearly stating what the problem was with the order. Don't forget to include a copy of the invoice, or at least a short note who the parcel is from, and what your address and telephone number is inside the parcel.

Jumping stilts are safe to use, however we will not be held liable for any injury resulting from the use of this product – Use at your own risk. You are advised to wear protective gear when you use your stilts and you should also be in good health to use them. Use with caution and under proper supervision. The photos and video footage seen on FlyJumperStore.ca is the result of years training and practice by professionals and experts in their respective fields. Never try anything that is beyond your skill level and always wear a helmet and proper safety equipment.

If your bank does hold you liable for any of this CAD $50.00 deductible, Fly Jumper Canada will cover your liability up to CAD $50.00 in the unlikely event that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your own, by shopping at FlyJumperStore.ca and leaving your credit card information on our secure order form. In the event of unauthorized credit card use, contact your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Fly Jumper Canada's safe-shopping guarantee only covers a maximum liability of CAD $50.00.

Guidelines
1. The competitor has to be an established jumping stilt retailer and their web site has to be an e-commerce web site. We do not offer the Price Match option against products sold via online auctions and that includes ebay.
2. The competitor's web site has to be properly hosted with a registered domain name, we will not attempt to beat prices from web sites hosted on free web space.
3. The competitors' web site has to be based out of Canada or USA.
4. The competitors' advertised price has to verified by FlyJumperStore.ca staff.
5. The competitors' price has to be clearly advertised on their web site, we will not normally attempt to beat any promotion price or any price offered to you as a special one off deal.
6. We will only attempt to beat the prices from a list of our known competitors. We will consider competitors not in our known list however we reserve the right to refuse an attempt to beat the price of any competitor not in our known list.
7. We will only attempt to beat the price of like for like products produced by the same manufacturer.
8. In most cases Price Match facilities will not be offered on end of line, one off special offers.
